All I want for Mother's Day
Honestly, all I want for Mother's Day is to stay in bed and have celery juice and my breakfast smoothie brought to me in bed while I read Pride and Prejudice and deep condition my hair. But, if anyone out there (ahem, hubby...) is reading this, I would be thrilled to receive any of these things.

This is also a great list of things that you could gift not only to your mother, but also to a special girlfriend, an aunt, grandmother, teacher, or any other special woman in your life. And it doesn't only need to be for Mother's Day. Bookmark this post (ahem, hubby...) for any future special occasions :).
My Stylish French Box
Sharon Santoni curates a beautiful box of seasonal items from France. In case you didn't know, I am a huge Francophile and I find that anything that Sharon does is always a work of art. You can purchase a once off box or subscribe to a seasonal selection of goodies. This is such a wonderful way of bringing the spirit of France into your home.

Silk Pyjamas
Nothing beats the feel of silk against the skin at bedtime. I wear a beautiful silk chemise from Simone Perele to bed in the summer-time. Silk breathes beautifully and is the ultimate luxury in bed. I love splurging on items that only I get to enjoy (and maybe a select other one). It makes me feel special and is my little secret. We should always wear the best we can afford. I would rather have one beautiful silk chemise that I wear to bed, rather than 20 old t-shirts. Peter Alexander has got these gorgeous silk pyjamas that I have been eyeing.

Annual Lifestyle membership to Dressing Your Truth
Last year, I discovered Carol Tuttle and her Dressing Your Truth system. I wrote about her in my post about The Child Whisperer book. She has also created a fabulous system around dressing according to your energy type. I highly recommend looking into her free course to get started and if it feels right, to invest in an annual membership to her lifestyle content. This content takes the information deeper and allows you to implement energy profiling into your lifestyle. This started as a fun experiment for me, which has totally transformed my life for the better.

L'occitane shea butter ultra rich body cream
Oh how I adore L'occitane. Their products smell divine and are ethically sourced and harvested. About 6 months ago I was looking for a really rich body cream. I got a sample of this one from the store (they love giving out samples, fyi!) and I was hooked. I have been through 2 jars, got my daughter one for her birthday and am using the precious oil at the moment. It is a really indulgent gift that is rich but not greasy.

French lingerie
You can't go wrong with beautiful lingerie and my lingerie of choice is always Simone Perele. This is lingerie that is not only beautiful, but it is comfortable, well made and lasts a long time. Did I mention that it is made in France? And it is seriously good value for money. Make sure to sign up to their newsletter as they have great sales! At the moment, they are offering 20% off all silks, so now may be a good time to get a beautiful chemise. I love this one called Pense in champagne. And how gorgeous is this Citadine bra in flamingo!

A day at the spa
A day at the spa is a gift that any woman appreciates, but make sure that it is a place that uses high quality products, has well trained staff and a beautiful environment. Nothing is worse than going for a massage in a cold room with a massage therapist talking to you through her blocked nose. Not all spas are created equal ;).
When I was living in Brisbane I would adore going to One Wybelenna. I would book in for a 90 minute custom facial which includes a divine back, neck and shoulder massage. I have yet to find an equivalent in Melbourne, so if you have any wonderful spa recommendations, please share with us in the comments.
And please also share your favourite spa experience anywhere in the world that you may be.

Over to you. I would love to hear what is on your Mother's Day list? What will make you or a special lady in your life smile?
